DESCRIPTION:On Thursday 1st June the city of Liverpool will be the focus of a major celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Sgt Pepper album. We have been offered the opportunity of hosting the internationally renowned group the Mersey Beatles who will come into our school. They will be in full costume and recreate the famous album cover. \nWe have space for 50 children to come to school for this event and letters will be issued today to find out who is interested. \nWe anticipate some media interest in this event and photographs will also be published on the school website. \nThis is a fantastic opportunity to recreate a little bit of local history. \nIf you need any further information please call into the school office. \n  \n  \n
